Thank you for shopping AVID Sports Jewelry! We hope that you thoroughly enjoy your pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us regarding a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original paperwork attached.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
AVID will not accept returns and issue refunds for any of the following caused by:
- Accident
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Misapplication
Do not expose your AVID products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:
- Liquid silver polish
- Pools
- Hot tubs
- Salt water
- Spas
Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your AVID product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your AVID product.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@avidsportsjewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, placed the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges depending on reason for your return. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you y email when your return has been processed.
